USS Peleliu

    Aboard the Navy's 2nd largest vessel, an amphibious assault warship named the Peleliu, 8 students volunteered to spend their summer as dental assistants -- helping to provide care to populations without access to healthcare.

    The Peleliu Departed from San Diego, visited Hawaii, Vietnam, the Philippines, Singapore, Papua New Guinea, The Solomon Islands, and the Marshall Islands. This video describes the adventure.
